The Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute (IGAC) issued Resolution 0384 of 2026 on April 14, allowing territorial offices to adjust the percentage increases in cadastral values through administrative acts of a general nature.
The Resolution added paragraph 3 to Article 2 of Resolution 2057 of December 2025, through which the IGAC authorized territorial offices to “adjust, through an administrative act of a general nature, the percentages of the increase…”in order to ensure technical consistency and its proper incorporation into the cadastral database for the 2026 fiscal year.
The regional directors of the IGAC are authorized to modify cadastral valuations for rural properties in the 527 municipalities included in the implementation phase contemplated in Article 49 of Law 2294 of 2023, within the Development Plan of the current Government.
The deadline to proceed with the review of the valuation amounts will extend until June 30, 2026.
