The U.S. Department of Justice (\"DOJ\") and the Internal Revenue Service (\"IRS\") are conducting an investigation against Trident Trust and its affiliated companies in the states of New York, South Dakota, and Georgia.<\/p>\n

Adicionalmente, la investigaci\u00f3n en South Dakota incluye a los beneficiarios de los Trusts que residan en los Estados Unidos.
\nLa investigaci\u00f3n en Georgia, que es la sede del equipo para Latino Am\u00e9rica de Trident Trust, est\u00e1 por iniciarse.
